It’s crazy to see how much effort Christopher Nolan put in to film “The Odyssey” completely in IMAX film, but did not put in the same effort to properly cast characters & develop proper dialogue for the movie… A beautifully shot film tainted by DEI. Sad.

For the record, I think Lupita Nyong’o is incredibly beautiful. I mean she has a nearly perfect face. The issue is that Helen of Troy was Greek and described as fair and Musk is almost certainly correct that Nolan changed her race to fulfill the new diversity standards the Academy requires. And we should whine about that. It’s death to art.

@Variety For those who don't know, to be considered for a major Oscar a film has to meet certain DEI criteria. So of course Nolan did this for the awards. That being said, if you don't like it, don't pay to see it.

Christopher Nolan is considered a great director today because cinema is terrible now. Back when he first came out 20-25 years ago he was just another ok director. No one thought he was one of the best. He was just decent, among other decent and some much better directors. There are two ways to rise in the world. Do good work. Or wait until things collapse and they will call you great.

Apex hitting 324k players yesterday... sheeesh📈 Here's my top 5 reasons why: 1⃣Anti-Cheat is now a top priority & I can tell a difference versus last year 100%. 2⃣Recent updates have added more action and less downtime. Quick respawns, legend agility, etc. 3⃣Community sentiment at all time high due to dev transparency and direction. We can tell the new devs actually play the game. 4⃣Apex still has the best movement/gunplay of any FPS on the market. 5⃣Extremely high skill ceiling promotes user long term engagement.

@HisandHersLive I read this as a troll post after first but from the comments it looks fr. I play it at 240 fps and an 8k controller. Movement feels horrible compared to cod and marathon. Aiming is horrible in comparison as well. What sens do you play at? Are you mnk?
