@abhealthin Why are same documents asked over and over again? Exact set of documents submitted on 22nd October, 15 days later same query raised, is this some sort of fraud? What is happening? Why is reimbursement taking more than one month when claim was submitted on time.

@abhealthin I have got a claim rejection message today saying documents are not submitted. In reality, all required docs were submitted on 22nd October, I have provided screenshot above. PLEASE STOP THIS FRAUD. I want my reimbursement right now.

@abhealthin Same empty assurance given that it will be resolved by so and so date, same assurance has been given thrice now, will approach #IRDAI and court if this is not resolved within 2 days
