We @SECGov charged Genesis & Gemini for the unregistered offer & sale of crypto asset securities through Gemini Earn. Crypto intermediaries need to comply with our securities laws. This protects investors. It promotes trust in markets. It’s not optional. It’s the law.

@nntaleb Even if cardiac arrests in athletes have increased, why are these people attributing it to the vaccine instead of to the virus? Almost every athlete got both at this point. Which one is more likely to cause organ damage: The spike protein, or the spike protein WITH a live virus?

@Larry20089288 @calvinwatkins No you are lol. What exactly do you want from him? 125 passer rating and almost 80% completion against one of the best defenses in the league. Sure he had a bad pick but he played lights out other than that.

Dallas wins 40-34. Dak Prescott with a strong game today. Any criticism is hating. Just saying.

In some ways this whole FTX episode is useful. It shows the complete corruption of the US establishment. They don't really care if your crypto is stolen. They're more interested in stealing your crypto. archive.ph/OBe82

1/3 Alright this Metamask privacy lapse is yet another dumb move from Consensys. Shill me your best easy self-hosted nodes either hardware or SaaS service. Whichever I pick, I’ll give away a few freebies of, to at least 3 people who retweet this to promote privacy!

1/82 I'll be pinning this detailed timeline, as my final piece covering this topic, as now the case is closed in my mind. This was a crime plain and simple and I'll put no more wind in this criminals sails: FTX: Meltdown. The definitive and chronological thread.

Scary how close SBF was to getting away with all of it. - CPI pump to $2k ETH. - Stablecoin to plug $10b hole. - Prohibitive DeFi regulation to ban competition. The fraud wouldn't have been uncovered. Don't want to imagine that future. Thank the heavens (but mostly CZ).

@SenWarren @SECGov FTX.com was an offshore exchange not regulated by the SEC. The problem is that the SEC failed to create regulatory clarity here in the US, so many American investors (and 95% of trading activity) went offshore. Punishing US companies for this makes no sense.

CFTC and Democrats were palling around with SBF, suing DAOs and devs, decrying the scourge of DeFi and plotting to regulate websites and wallet APIs while FTX played with customer money. Madoff and Enron were fully SEC regulated. Regulators do not protect us, period.

The game, in case no one took the time to explain it to you: As quickly & efficiently as possible, transmute your labor into ownership of scarce and / or productive assets. (Hence: “capital”-ism.)

@hubermanlab What do we know about the ways in which alcohol reacts with other substances when they are used together? (i.e. cannabis, caffeine) Also, is there any substance which has a proven protective effect against the negative effects of alcohol use?
