@AXA @axainsurance how do I contact in regards to a emergency cover claim? 28 phone calls and every time I get through to discuss the claim the agent drops the line. Paying for a cover and the service is there worst I have ever come across. Also life threatening situation! AVOID

@AXA Don’t want to go private as not happy. I had a stroke while on holiday and had to book new flights back to UK and pay hospital and doctors bills using my credit card. Now my claim has been declined and I can’t pay my credits card so now I’m debt!

@AXA Awful experience. 7 wks since your customer hit my mum's car. My mechanic getting nowhere trying to get repairs authorised by AXA. I called 4 times today. 1st call; a different number to ring. Next 3 calls all cut off after being on hold for up to 65 mins. Very frustrated!
