I’ve noticed that this man literally has a pattern when it comes to women. The first wife he married was obese and wealthy too. When he married her, they were a gifted a car by her parents. She gave birth before she sadly passed away not too long after. Now, surprisingly, he’s already engaged and married to another woman based in the UK, and this woman is also on the big side and looks comfortable financially too. What even shocked me was when his Facebook account popped up and I went through it, I noticed he deleted all the pictures and memories of his late wife. Clean page completely. Now it’s all about the new woman and their life together. He has not mourn his wife up to a year 💔

One thing I noticed after meeting people from different countries is that Nigerians are raised with an insane amount of pressure attached to success. Everything is urgency. Make money quickly. Blow quickly. Figure life out quickly. Help your family quickly. Get married quickly. Buy house quickly. You people don’t even realize how much anxiety that kind of environment creates until you leave it for a while and suddenly meet people who are actually allowed to grow at a normal human pace.

@ChisomAgbafor Life expectancy is about 60 yrs, it’s not as long as other countries. So you obviously have to do life in a fast lane so that before you die, you have atleast accomplished certain milestones. If you want to move as the man that has up to 80 yrs, you’ll not accomplish anything.

This really has me worried: how does Netflix know you are not looking at the screen? There’s nothing you’re telling me, Netflix spies on people’s homes to have the ability to detect your eyes are not focused on the screen of your TV, hence this prompt. And don’t tell me it’s inactivity with the remote cos no matter how long the show stays on, I don’t get this prompt even without touching the remote unless I take my eyes off the screen to focus on my phone. I’m worried because sometimes, I’m in front the TV without clothes on. Is Netflix seeing my nakedness? 🤷🏾‍♂️

Just heard the news that one of my favourite doctor who owns Mainspring hospital in Ogbomoso is dead 💔💔 He’s 43 years old. I learnt he felt weak yesterday and they ran all blood tests and found nothing. He woke up in the middle of the night and spoke to his wife that he’s still feeling weak. I was told he just collapsed and died 💔💔. If you don’t believe life is spiritual, you’re on your own. Why do good people die early?

@Toyo_mia @zbetty_spring @boye4christ2006 Equipped is relative. That hospital is small to get the necessary equipment to detect what people here are talking about. Even most hospitals in Nigeria cannot afford most of these equipment. There is a lot of work to be done in Nigeria medical system. May God help us

In my parents’ house, nobody was waking up by 5am to start frying egg and boiling yam for anybody. Breakfast was, tea and bread, cereal or if you want stress, tell the cook to make it for you. So I carried this peaceful upbringing proudly into marriage. Big mistake 🙆🏾‍♀️. One morning after I got married, my husband casually woke me up by 6am to ask what he would have for breakfast before work.  It even sounded strange to me because what do you mean I should come and make breakfast? 😭 I said, tea is there. Apparently that was not the correct answer. Omo that was our first marital disagreement “breakfast”. When I called my mother to complain, thinking she would support me, this woman switched sides immediately. Very early the next morning, she woke my sisters up and announced, “Wake up and learn how to prepare breakfast for your husbands before your husbands return you people to sender.” According to gist later, my sisters said the way she was talking, you would think she personally used to prepare full buffet breakfast for us growing up. This same woman that raised us on “make your own breakfast” suddenly became Chef Hilda Baci because somebody got married.

@StepheniaOmeh Oyinbo generation no get any money. Look at the percentage of those that earn 150k above, very small. And they might not gift money to families, they eat out a lot, pay child support, spend money on clubs among other things. A lot of them don't have savings like we do.

@itsSh0la And I would give you a lot of example that grew when they were married. People should better focus on marrying right. Noth gender cannot do without one another. And as a man, you remain the provider but it ia your responsibility to find a good woman to marry.

I won’t lie, there are certain things my wife and I have actually sat down to discuss, and this is one of them. God forbid, but if we ever found ourselves in a situation where we learned that our unborn child had a life-threatening condition or a severe disability that would cause lifelong suffering, we would have to make the painful decision to let that child go. What good is it to bring a child into the world only for them to suffer for the rest of their life, while also draining the parents financially, psychologically, and emotionally? I understand this is a very sensitive and emotional topic, and people will naturally react with emotion. But sometimes, we need to think deeply about the reality of such situations.

Almost everyone I know who has a dishwasher doesn’t actually use it…. it just sits there like decoration. Most people end up using it as a plate rack instead.

@ShehuSani If any chronic illness is suspected, teaching hospital is the best to handle it. There is no miracle that can happen if a patient is brought at the hour of death. Although, there might br a lot of bottle neck in TH, they still have the best expertise.

This is bad and misleading information. Eating late at night does not cause anything to your body, there’s no difference between eating late at night and eating during the day. Same way eating late at night doesn’t make you add weight or have big stomach. That is the biggest lie ever told…
