🟠 Question About Privacy
The Hard Questions About Privacy Chains (That No One Asks)
Privacy salon happened, lots of hype
But if you're serious about understanding where this space is going, here are the 7 questions every investor/builder should be asking:
🟠 How do you balance privacy + compliance?
Complete anonymity won't work with regulators, complete transparency won't work for users, the middle ground is hard
🟠 Is ZK actually ready for mass adoption?
Cheap enough? Fast enough? Can it handle millions of daily users without breaking? Theory vs reality here
🟠 Do users genuinely care about privacy?
People say they do, but they still use Telegram and Gmail, will they switch chains for it?
🟠 Who takes responsibility if privacy tools get abused?
Code is law until someone gets hurt, then regulators come looking, who answers?
🟠 What happens when incentives end?
Testnet rewards drive usage now, will people stay when the points stop?
🟠 Will regulators accept "proof over data"?
ZK lets you prove without revealing, cool tech, but will courts accept it? Will banks?
🟠 How does a private chain talk to public chains?
Privacy islands aren't useful. Bridging private, public without leaking data? Still unsolved
🟠 Final Thought:
Privacy isn't just a narrative anymore, it's an infrastructure problem, most teams will fail solving it, only a few will survive
The real question: Which one is @0xMiden?
What's your biggest concern about privacy L2s?
