🚨JUST IN: Senate Democrats voted NO on holding the Attorney General accountable for baseless lawsuits.
HB 2167 will help rein in rogue Attorneys General — like Kris Mayes — who weaponize their office for political gain.
If the state goes after someone or a business with a case that has no merit… and it causes real harm… there would be consequences.
Because right now, even if you win in court, you still lose. Legal bills. Lost business. Damaged reputation. This bill makes sure the government can’t bring weak cases without accountability.
And still… Democrats voted NO.
Arizona deserves better than politically driven lawsuits that punish innocent people and businesses while taxpayers foot the bill.

Early March the FBI sent a Federal Grand Jury subpoena to the AZ State Senate (GOP Majority) for documents related to the 2020 election. The AZ AG Kris Mayes and AZ SOS Adrian Fontes warned AZ Counties to not comply with the Federal Subpoena. Stating there is a lawsuit to shield voter data from the Federal Government. Fun Fact. Know who was in charge of the 2020 Election in Maricopa County which accounts for 62% of the states voters? Adrian Fontes. Know who changed the voting process in Maricopa County from Precinct specific polling locations to open county wide locations? Adrian Fontes Maricopa County is 9,224 Sq Miles roughly the size of New Hampshire but with 4x the population of 4.5 million. Fontes changed voting from Precinct polling locations like the fire station, church or school in your neighborhood to larger venues like Community Colleges, Mega Churches across the county. Which means I could live in Cave Creek AZ and be able to vote 100 miles away in Gila Bend AZ. What could possibly go wrong? And now as AZ SOS what is he trying to keep the Federal Government from discovering in the 2020 election data? Everything wrong in Arizona is in this picture Hobbs, Mayes and Fontes!

There is nothing you can do to stop the corrupt State Bar of Arizona from disbarring you. When they came after us, we knew it was a done deal from day one. We never showed up for the 2.5 months of trial because it was a kangaroo court (our attorneys showed up for us). The fake news was there every day of course, endless video clips on the local news, endless Arizona Repugnant articles as if it was the child molester trial of the century.

It’s about time Arizona leaders stood up to this lawless behavior.
Our top election officials should protect transparency and comply with lawful subpoenas, not bully counties into ignoring a federal grand jury and undermining voters’ trust.

Democrats lead by Chuck Schumer sued to block President Trump’s executive order Ensuring Citizenship Verification in Federal Elections.
They say its designed to rig elections ahead of the 2026 midterms.
Also it seems the democrats take issue with Section 2 of the executive order namely –– Prioritization of Investigations and Prosecutions Related to Election Fraud.
