Recently, I broke several stories and didnโ€™t get nearly as many comments or views as this garbage-spreading fake-news peddler! Right-wingers keep feeding him attention and fattening his paycheck while he laughs all the way to the bank. If you keep engaging with him, youโ€™re the same lowlife! I said what I said.

In January Gavin Newsom ridiculed Dr. Oz for investigating hospice fraud in CA and said the investigations were purely political. Since then, Oz has closed down 221 fraudulent hospice businesses in Los Angeles alone. Gavin don't be angry. You've been campaigning for years. Someone has to do your job.

Here are the facts: On April 2, ICE officers conducted a targeted operation to arrest Ever Omar Alvarenga-Rios, an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Honduras with a final order of removal from a judge. Officers tried to conduct a vehicle stop, but instead of complying with law enforcement, this illegal alien drove recklessly through the streets of Baltimore. Alvarenga-Rios slammed on his brakes, causing a multi-car pileup. He then attempted to flee on foot and continued to disobey law enforcement commands. Alvarenga and the two officers involved were transported to a local hospital for treatment, including a concussion. Alvarenga remains in the hospital in ICE custody. This illegal alien broke our laws, resisted arrest, and sent two ICE law enforcement officers to the hospital. Sanctuary politicians must STOP encouraging this reckless behavior that endangers illegal aliens, our officers, and the public.
Senator Chris Van Hollen@ChrisVanHollen

๐Ÿšจ Ever Alvarenga, an asylum seeker, was driving to work Thursday morning when he was rear-ended by an ICE vehicle. He is still in the hospital after suffering significant injuries to his head, chest, back, & hands. ย  After the accident, he was detained & ICE now refuses to allow his attorneys to meet with him privately, a clear denial of the due process rights afforded to all under our Constitution. ย  ICE tactics are endangering our communities & violating the Constitution.

Everybody hates waspsโ€ฆ until they disappear and your grocery bill explodes. Wasps visit over 960 plant species. 164 of them depend completely on wasps for pollination, including figs. But pollination is almost the secondary story. Wasps are the planet's exterminators. All wasp larvae are carnivorous. 95% of what wasps feed their larvae are leaf-eating caterpillars. Without them, crop destruction and pest populations would be biblical. The insect you most want to kill is quietly holding the food chain together. Before you reach for the spray, ask yourself: is it actually bothering you? Or is it just there?

In case you are all wondering if there is a way for the President and Feds to step in to help us here you go! If a state's population feels their government has become a "one-party regime" that ignores the will of the people, the U.S. Constitution actually has a specific "emergency brake" for that exact scenario. Here are the ways the federal government could theoretically "step in" to address a state government that has gone off the rails: 1. The "Guarantee Clause" (Article IV, Section 4) This is the most powerfulโ€”and rarestโ€”tool in the Constitution. It states: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government." What it means: A "Republican form" means a government where the people are represented and the laws aren't just dictated by a single ruler or a permanent party. How it works: If it can be proven that Washington State has effectively abolished fair elections or bypassed the peopleโ€™s ability to change their government, the U.S. Congress or the President could argue that the state is no longer a Republic. This would allow the federal government to intervene to "restore" a constitutional government. 2. Federal Civil Rights Enforcement If the stateโ€™s election methods (like mail-in voting without ID) are proven to "dilute" or "disenfranchise" the votes of legal citizens, the Department of Justice (DOJ) can step in. The feds can sue the state in federal court, bypass the stateโ€™s own judges, and have a federal judge strike down state laws. If the state refuses to comply, the federal government can send in Federal Election Monitors to oversee the counting of ballots to ensure the state isn't "cooking the books." 3. Federal Preemption of State Law Under the Supremacy Clause, federal law beats state law. If Congress passes a National Voter ID Act or a law requiring in-person voting options, Washingtonโ€™s leaders cannot legally ignore it. If the Governor tried to ignore a federal law, the President could deploy federal resources (like the U.S. Marshals or even the National Guard) to ensure federal laws are being followed, similar to how the federal government forced states to integrate schools in the 1950s. 4. Congressional Refusal to Seat Members Congress has the power to judge the elections of its own members. If the U.S. House or Senate believes Washingtonโ€™s mail-in system is so fraudulent that the results can't be trusted, they can refuse to seat the representatives or senators sent from Washington. This effectively strips the state of its power in D.C. until it fixes its election system to meet federal standards. The "Catch": The federal government usually hesitates to do this because of "State Sovereignty"โ€”the idea that states should run themselves. However, if a state truly becomes a "mini-communist state" where the people have no path to change their leadership through the ballot box, the Guarantee Clause is the ultimate legal "nuclear option" to force a reset. Keep writing and contacting the DOJ too! LET'S ROLL!!!! Deanna Shoemaker
