@BritishGasHelp Shocking service received tonight. Reported an issue with our energy account as I couldn't see our gas readings, and the agent told me we don't have a meter! Um..yes we do. They were not interested in helping and told us we'd need to speak to our local council?!

@nsandihelp I'm unable to login to my premium bonds account. I keep being sent back to the login screen after 2 factor authentication. I've tried Edge and Chrome and have latest versions of both. Is there an issue on your side?
