Senate Bill 76, authored by @Scott_Wiener and I am coauthoring, will allow local governments to designate temporary ‘Entertainment Zones,’ where restaurants and bars will be able to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption outdoors in a specified zone. SF, for example, would be able to designate specific blocks during set hours as entertainment zones where art, culture and nightlife can thrive outdoors.

California hasn’t built a new UC school in over 2 decades, while the student population has grown massively, leading to lower and lower acceptance rates for California’s students. Here’s an idea for vacant downtown offices: Buy a cluster of them in DTLA, Sacramento, or SF, and swiftly open up a new UC system without a single CEQA battle. Converting offices to classroom is easy and cheap. If NYU can make vertical campuses in the City work, so can we. Like this? Pls retweet @CAgovernor

@jacobgrier Even if it weren’t deliberately playing along, and actually were picking randomly, give it the same prompt enough times and you’re bound to get it right eventually. Then you can screenshot it and post it. Meaning that the magician’s trick has been played on us, not on the AI.
