@makemytrip @makemytripcare Dear MMT Team, We had booked non-refundable flight tickets on 12th Feb 2026 (PNR: 96HRXN) Booking ID NN2AJK6J99845537303for our New Zealand travel scheduled on 6th April through MMT along with Visa Protection, which assured a full refund in case of visa rejection. Unfortunately, our family visa was rejected, and we promptly submitted all the required rejection documents. However, against the total payment of INR 3,27,328/-, we have received only INR 2,07,382/- as refund. Your team advised us to contact the airline, whereas the airline has clearly informed us that the refund must be processed by the booking agent, i.e., MakeMyTrip. We request you to urgently review this matter, share a detailed breakup of the deductions, and process the pending refund amount at the earliest. This involves our hard-earned money, and the support received so far has been extremely disappointing. Looking forward to your immediate resolution.

Many Cooperative Banks are grossly mismanaged An example is Guru Raghavendra Co-Op Bank in my constituency whose depositors are struggling to this day I thank PM Modi & Smt @nsitharaman for introducing Bill which will protect depositors by bringing cooperative banks under RBI
