As a landlord who owns multiple properties, tenants don't understand what we go through. If you stay at home all day you're going to use the floor, switches, toilets, kitchen more which increases the maintenance that needs to be done and the apartment ages twice as quickly.

Not entirely sure what to think about this yet, but my gut tells me this is not good for Bitcoin.
Why can’t @saylor just leave Bitcoin alone? Bitcoin worked before Saylor, and it will work after him without centralized development.
Saylor has a poor track record when it comes to assessing situations correctly. He was late to Bitcoin, was involved in accounting fraud, mismanaged the dot-com bubble, and his entire Bitcoin accumulation is currently under water.
In my opinion, the healthiest outcome would be to flush Saylor out, send Bitcoin to $10k, and start again.
