there is no fundamental reason why ai shouldn’t replace every managerial role—every spreadsheet warrior, every middleman of miscommunication, every human masquerading as a decision-maker. management is just glorified coordination, prioritization, & resource allocation—things ai already does better, faster, & without ego. the only thing keeping humans in charge is time & the need for scapegoats.
