The nightmare continues @DreamWorlduk @PlayActionInt @emirates @EmiratesSupport @MartinSLewis due to travel to Uganda in 20 days to volunteer, paid £700 for flights and raised £1300 to charity and this is the latest correspondence I’ve received. Can anyone help us get to Uganda?

@British_Airways trying to book a flight using future travel vouchers. After waiting on the phone for hours finally got through to be told flights couldn’t be booked & someone would be in touch! still waiting please advise as don’t want to spend hours waiting on the phone again.

I have a future travel voucher and want to make a booking. I like BA very much but your phone lines are dreadful and I just wait hours holding on. Its not satisfactory you need more call handlers.
