@AXS_UK Help please - I have sent 2 ‘tickets’ and no one replied! When booking tickets it said the first order payment had been declined and so I put the order through again. Now have two sets of two tickets- numbers- 1022528245 and 1022528248. Please can one set be refunded.

@TUIUKcares @TUIUK Yes, you changed our flights to an airport far away from us and now we have 5 people in a 1 bed apartment rather than a 2 bed apartment. We have called to sort this but still not resolved. We have a 13 year old boy and a 12 year old girl who are currently forced to share a room!
