Hey, @NMDOT and @GovMLG, know what would be helpful and even life-saving? Updating the “official NM roads conditions” data. A winter storm hits almost the entire state, and you haven’t updated in over 18 hours! It’s ridiculous and it’s shameful.

@HP I need black ink. Should be as simple as 1 click in the Instant Ink dashboard but it's like the DMV, uselessly difficult. Virtual Agent says ink shipped already. Every printer has 2 or more inks, so how about you check WHICH ink I need? 😠 And VA doesn't have feedback option.

Really appreciate how @TrainingMagUS offered a very basic way to choose how to interact at their conference. Clever solution, especially since the facility recently relaxed their mask policy.

A kid is following his dad through the lounge repeatedly asking, “daddy, is there ice cream here?” Dad finally turns around and says, “nope, sorry buddy.” The kid is shook…stares up with a bewildered look and exhales in bone-deep disappointment, “But WHY?” I feel ya, kid. 🥺😆

It’s been 2.5 years since I’ve flown, and while plenty of things have changed, plenty of things haven’t. Like the obligatory scream-talker on their cell phone in the lounge. 🙄😆

@estherschindler Probably my favorites: Anthem and Fahrenheit 451, because they were the first that made me genuinely introspective and see the power of literature representing humanity. My least favorites that I hate with passion still today: The Sound and the Fury and Lord of the Flies.

It's my 1st day as an employee @servicenow! In October I took a contract job that diverged from much of my career. I was nervous & grieved for what I wouldn't be doing anymore. But the work challenges me, the people are amazing, and the company is refreshingly employee-focused.
