Ordered airpods from @AmazonUK@amazon. I reschedule delivery because I need to be in to receive it due to one-off password. It gets lost in transit. They send a replacement. I reschedule delivery. It gets delayed, so we reschedule delivery. It’s not here still. WTF?! @AmazonHelp

@monzo Im having the worst experience with your customer service team via email! I need my phone number deleted from your database so that I can apply for an account. But my number is linked to my closed account from 2022 so it’s not letting me past that stage of the application!
@monzo I haven’t even had the ability to apply for an account yet because my phone number is linked to a closed account from 2022! I’m requesting for my phone number to be removed from your database… that’s the issue?! No one is listening to me!

@monzo I want my data removed from your database so I can apply for an account… my account closure isn’t within 30 days of closing so I am well within my right to re-apply without this hassle of my phone number still being linked!
