@WandleHA @LondonFire Still no communication from anyone at Wandle and the e-bike is still there and still causing a potential slip/trip hazard and more importantly a fire risk for all residents in the block.

@WandleHA have absolutely ZERO concern for the health and safety of their residents! Despite numerous reportingS of a Jerry rigged e-bike being stored in communal hallway posing fire risk…no action has been taken for months! #FireSafety @LondonFire any advice?

@WandleHA @LondonFire According to my emails it has been “passed through” for urgent review again on multiple occasions and yet no action is taken. This is both a fire risk and a health and safety risk as the handlebars are sticking through onto the stairwell so it could easily cause a fall!

@WandleHA @LondonFire I have reported it directly to Wandle both by phone and email on multiple occasions and nothing ever gets done! The bikes were still there yesterday 3 in total, one on every floor. This morning there were 2. The sign saying bikes will be removed is clearly working…NOT!

@British_Airways so you cancel my flights. I request a refund and you don’t give me a full refund….why?! Please get someone to contact me to discuss this!

How is okay for @British_Airways to cancel my flight home with no explanation and no alternative travel available for that day! This happens almost every time I book with them…it’s disgusting! And of course there are no actual people available to talk to

@WandleHA the week your fire safety team are supposed to be servicing everything I note the fire alarms in the communal areas have been removed on 2 floors - for 48 hours now…I feel like this is not safe!

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with @currys and their service today! Apparently something in their terms and conditions…was not in their T&Cs but was simply as FAQ #CustomerServiceFail

The remaining “secure” roofing facade on the building….that is definitely not secure, it’s not flush with the building. If another Storm Henk hits I can see that coming off as well. Please just remove all of the facade there is no point to it and it’s not safe! @WandleHA

@WandleHA the roof issue I have been complaining about since Feb 2022 is still not fixed and given the current weather it is getting more urgent that you fix it! This is not acceptable! #customerservicefail

@WandleHA if this comes off it could end up in the main road, hitting a car or pedestrian! It is right above the access door to the building and bin store so could easily fall on a resident. You need to sort this out urgently or I will be seeking legal advice for your neglect!

Once again the air vent over our fire escape has been open for 5 days and as such the only means of escape is now sopping wet and a serious slip hazard @WandleHA your contractors opened it and got it stuck when are you going to come out and fix it…and make our fire escape safe?!

@WandleHA this noise has been running for over 24 hours constantly at this point. I’ve tried multiple times to submit a repair on your app to no avail! Please get someone to sort this out…oh and also the roof to the block while your at it!

@WandleHA what is the point in having an online reporting system to report repairs if it never works and I then have to waste my time sat on hold…only for the issue not to get sorted?! Honestly the level of “service” provided to this block is a joke!
