Gurgaon is a total disaster. I am so glad more and more people on social media are exposing the administration. Stray cattle is a huge problem in urban Gurgaon. Yet nothing is done to penalise the owners of the stray cattle.

@ashokkmrsingh Sir Judges above law. They don't bother about law made by Parliament. Uses it as they feel like. Judges make their own law about the issue and order accordingly. We don't need parliament if two judges can set aside law made by Parliament.

Judges are supposed to give judgments based on law? Is there any law, this judge has quoted? No. If not then Govt must bring a law for old age care? Shouldn’t they?

@Warrior_Mukul @ajay_ch4 Illegal and shocking to consider years spent in court taken as qualifying service for pension. Flawed judgement bcz it's not based on pension regulations. Saying deemed 20 yrs is arbitrary due not reading applying regulations as written down.

Grant of Pensionary Benefits to Women Officers by Hon'ble Supreme Court: After analysis of the Judgement and the overall scenario, it is evident that actually, in the whole bargain, it is the Male SSCOs who have been left high & dry without any fault of theirs. They have been deprived of the vacancies also for the grant of PC because of the Women Officers and now they have been given step motherly treatment for grant of Pensionary Benefits even. Time to litigate further so as to mitigate their sufferings and to set right the injustice which has been caused to them. Let us take it as a "Cause" and help them....
