People still acting like Miami is hype.
Meanwhile, Sergei Brin of @Google just casually showed up at a hackathon with @thelabmiami x @MDCollege x @DeepStationAI.
Standing room only. Thx @GianniDalerta for sharing.
The future is not being discussed in Miami.
It’s being built here.
Nano Banana + Fastmoss + Manus + Veo3 = AI Content Factory
We built a fully automated system that repurposes, localizes, and launches winning TikTok Shop content across hundreds of creator-style accounts.
It’s so effective it feels like running Facebook ads in 2008.
- CPMs as low as $0.10
- no reliance on paid ads
- no ghost creators
- no wasted samples
- no lost time
My $300/monthly tech stack which replaced $50k+ budget:
- manus for product research and viral script ideas
- cruva / Fastmoss for recently viral content ideas from competitors
- nano banana pro for images
- kling 2.6 for video
- now using my own phone posting network for automated posting
Here’s how it works:
•Each AI Agent spins up a TikTok Shop–ready profile, built to sell my products through shoppable videos.
•Agents are prompted to research the niche, scrape winning TikTok Shop videos, and rebuild them with new hooks, angles, and UGC-style visuals tailored to your brand.
•They create and post daily using my tech stack onto affiliate accounts
No touchpoints. No delays.
Just shoppable videos going live and GMV compounding every week.
Then we use an MPS (Multi-Platform Swarm) approach:
once the concept works on TikTok Shop, we deploy hundreds of AI Agents to flood the niche with variations that all drive back to your Shop and Amazon listing.
I’m giving you access to the full stack — the ai workflow, ready to plug into your TikTok Shop today.

Miamiposting might be a phenomenon whose time has passed, but having just spent a few days visiting, it really does feel like a boomtown in a way that no other American city that I've spent time in over the past few years does. In some ways, it reminds me of Chinese cities.
@patrickc My take is that the one key thing it’s missing for tech at least is the density of engineering schools within a decent radius. Not sure if anyone’s working on addressing that.
Stop paying $110/mo. for Arcads.
You can create the same UGC-style videos for a fraction of the cost.
I built my own Arcads alternative inside Airtable, and I don't have to pay $11 PER VIDEO.
Perfect for e-comm brands & agencies who need AI UGC at volume without the per-video tax.
Here's why I built this:
Arcads pricing is $11/video.
That's $110/month for 10 videos.
If you're testing 50+ creatives a month like you should be, you're bleeding cash on a tool that's just wrapping the same AI models you can access yourself.
So I built my own system:
→ 30+ AI actors ready to use
→ Create custom actors with Nano Banana Pro
→ Add products directly into their hands
→ Same character across multiple scenes
→ Quick mode: 8-second hooks (Veo 3.1)
→ Extended mode: longer testimonials
→ B-roll generator for lifestyle clips
→ ElevenLabs integration for voice selection
The math:
- Arcads: $11/video
- This system: ~$0.40/second for Veo 3, ~$0.11/second for AI avatars
A 10-second hook costs you a few bucks. Not $11.
No monthly caps. No per-video gouging.
Scale however you want.
I recorded a 20-minute breakdown showing the full system—actor library, UGC generator, B-roll creator, everything.

It feels pretty obvious at this point that someone’s going to make billions building a social app that’s just for friends, no AI slop, no brainrot, calm design, chronological feed and no concept of followers.
We run the number one @Lovable agency in the world.
After scaling to over $250k/month, I'm sharing exactly how we got there.
This includes:
- The one offer structure that makes sales effortless
- How to pick a niche that actually pays premium rates
- The ICP framework that filters out tire-kickers
- Why systems beat talent every single time
& everything else we did.

The hype around Gemini NanoBanana is unreal right now…
People are buying overpriced prompt lists left and right.
So here’s my move:
I’m dropping 200+ elite Gemini prompts that actually work… for free.

I just spent 12 hours stress-testing Gemini Pro 3.0.
The results were startling.
The barrier between "technical" and "non-technical" is gone.
I didn't write code. I didn't hire a dev. I didn't open n8n.
I just used plain English.
So let's look at what happened...
The Clean Up:
I pasted a description of a broken lead-routing process.
Gemini spotted the bottleneck.
It redesigned the logic flow.
It wrote the SOPs for my team.
The Analysis:
I uploaded raw, messy sales transcripts.
I asked for patterns.
It found a pricing objection I had missed for months.
That one insight is worth five figures.
The Build:
I requested a client portal architecture.
It gave me the database schema.
It mapped the user journey.
It defined the error handling.
Most people use this tech to write emails.
That is a waste of horsepower.
It’s not a chatbot, it’s a 24/7 operator.
But it only works if you know how to speak to it.
I documented everything I did in those 12 hours.
I call it the Gemini Prompting Playbook.
Inside:
- 40+ Operator-grade prompts
- My exact SOP frameworks
- Templates to turn data into decisions
I’m giving it away for free.

In May 2025, a16z said SEO is dead. No one took it seriously.
6 months later: Webflow's search traffic increased by 614% because of ChatGPT.
I went down a rabbit hole on how they did it and put together everything I found.
The shift is simple:
People don't Google anymore. They ask ChatGPT "what should I buy" and purchase from whoever it recommends.
If ChatGPT doesn't mention you, no one knows you exist.
Companies like Webflow, Paragon, and Klaviyo cracked the code on showing up consistently.
AirOps just released the exact playbook these teams use internally.
Inside you'll find:
→ How to track your brand across ChatGPT & Perplexity
→ The 37-point checklist for AI-citable content
→ Real case studies with actual traffic numbers
