Let’s not get started on what bad nurses could do, Peter.
Peter Hitchens@ClarkeMicah

1/2 Yes, .@cjsnowdon but the thing that has changed is the time shown on the (falsified) clock, not the objective time. A bad nurse or doctor could do immense damage by falsifying a thermometer to show a person's objective temperature was significantly lower than it was.

Artists Against the False Allegations Industry
As things stand Lucy Letby, who has been in prison since 2020, will never be released, as her sentence mandates she spend the rest of her life in prison with no possibility of parole On no direct evidence, and with the world's top neonatologists agreeing she caused no harm

@AAFAI_org The sheer stupidity of some of the things that they cling on to as "evidence" of guilt is absolutely staggering. Unrelated handover sheets, a therapy note written during a breakdown, now we have "following basic legal advice on a tiny handful of occasions"

This article covers some of the reasons why Letby supporter, Prof Shoo Lee, and his so-called expert panel are not reliable. Incidentally, it has now been 2 weeks since I asked Prof Lee to explain why he contradicted his previous PubPeer comment in his recent Sun video. Crickets

@William26139338 The reason for the red writing you’re referring to is because the test doesn’t detect all forms of synthetic insulin. It does detect Actrapid though.

The instruction sheet for the insulin tests in the Letby case couldn't be clearer. The results should not have been admissable. The Insulin 'poisoning' convictions pulled the other even feebler cases in their wake as Goss allowed. They all fail together. pathlabs.rlbuht.nhs.uk/insulin.pdf

However, he is theorising and not basing things on what was recorded at the birth. One might say he’s coming up with possibilities that fit his narrative. A common trait among the ‘expert panel’ tbh

This nonsense (from the same video) needs to be thoroughly dispelled. Insulin is not the chemical antidote to blood sugar. It's not like e.g. neutralising acids with alkalis. That is simply not how insulin works, at all. Its a bit like believing that traffic wardens eat cars.

@DebRoberts22249 @triedbystats I should have made that clear. Yes Dr Evans was acting for the defence and the prosecution decided not to proceed. I wonder why if Dr Evans report was that ‘bad’? Oh wait. It was a letter he had no idea was being used as evidence …

This requirement came up during the trial in relation to Dr Evans when he was confronted by the prosecution about the harsh criticism he received from Justice Jackson. Essentially accusing him of perjury. Evans was reminded he had a duty to disclose this. He very typically doubled down and flat out said he wouldn’t have disclosed it even if he had known about it.

Have you been altering transcripts again? I'll see if I can get hold of the transcripts for that day. I have screenshotted your post. This is the report from that day and "Dr Evans replied: “I didn’t know about it. If I had known about it, I would’ve informed the court." @cheshirepolice chesterstandard.co.uk/news/23312472.…
