Donald Trump, at the encouragement of Senator Mike Lee, is taking away protections for lands that belong to all of us and giving special interests exactly what they want. These lands belong to the families who hunt them, hike them, camp on them, make a living because of them, and hope to pass them on to their kids. They should not be for sale and not up for negotiation. Utahns deserve a say in what happens to the land that belongs to them. I'm not backing down from this fight, and I'm not going to stop until it's reversed.

Lindsey Graham leaves behind a legacy of devoted service to our nation and South Carolina. More than just one of the most influential leaders in Washington, Lindsey was among the strongest defenders of America and its values across the world. As a new member of the Senate, I will always be grateful for the kindness he showed me. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome and valued, treating me as though I had been there for years. That generosity of spirit spoke volumes about the kind of person he was. His impact is felt deeply by me and our colleagues in the Senate, and his influence will surely continue for generations. I am stunned and saddened by his loss. Sue and I offer our prayers for his family, his staff, and the people of South Carolina as they mourn this tremendous loss.

Utah hands over your private voter roll data to ERIC, the same sensitive info the DOJ has demanded and been denied. As a founding ERIC member, Utah regularly sends full voter registration records DMV/driver license data to this interstate consortium every 60 days. Names, addresses, birthdates, and more flow out for ‘list maintenance’ across dozens of states. Yet when the DOJ requested Utah’s complete, unredacted statewide voter file, including the very same sensitive identifiers, Lt. Gov. Henderson refused, citing privacy laws, and provided only the public redacted version. Now facing lawsuits and threats of prosecution. So @KUTV2News reports that @LGHendersonUtah "...has argued Utah law bars her from releasing voters' private personal information ..." 🔎 Welp, during my investigation of how @GovCox was illegally placed on the @UtahGOP 2024 Primary ballot, I discovered AG24-170. That's the investigation into forged signatures on the Cox/Henderson candidate petitions that the @UtahAG denied existed. 🕵️‍♀️AG Special Agent Jordan, reports: “Tanner [Gathering Inc] said he purchases a list of registered voters for the entire State of Utah from L2, who directly purchases that list from the State of Utah. Once the list of registered voters has been purchased, Tanner then has it uploaded into a software application called Vottiv...” 🛑 FULL STOP! @USAO_UT did you catch that? The Utah Lt. Governor will sell the entire voter list (including private and withheld names) to a third party who then sells it to another third party so that employees of Gathering Inc can use the list to craft forged signatures. 🧙‍♀️ Then the Utah Lt. Governor turns around and gives your boss @AAGDhillon of @CivilRights some of her Witch's potion about a Utah state law that prohibits her from releasing the voter rolls etc... 🚔 That's what us law enforcement types refer to as "A Clue".

After seeing the evidence in court and getting home to see what was streamed online it is disappointing to see how grainy everything is. This is to be expected when shooting video off a screen from the back of a room. Also having no electronics in the courtroom for 8 hours a day has made it difficult to write stories, post updates. Not a great week for a digital detox. Nearly everyone else in the courtroom has been allowed phones except media. Some have them in the courtroom, others have been allowed to have them in the room on the same floor for breaks. Media had to leave them outside the courthouse. Even laptops to type our notes for ease of writing stories after court would have been appreciated.

It's one thing to make up a conspiracy theory. We've all been guilty of that. It's another thing to drag people like @MrsErikaKirk , @BlakeSNeff , @AndrewKolvet into it. For their theory to be right, the people who were closest to Charlie had to be made into evil people. That is the part which makes this unforgivable. The horrible part of making that thread from earlier this week that it took just 3 minutes to find enough death threats to Erika Kirk to compile a video montage. They were that common and they were everywhere, easily searchable here on 𝕏. I couldn't take any more. Exodus 22:22-23: You shall not mistreat any widow or fatherless child. If you do mistreat them, and they cry out to me, I will surely hear their cry.
