@Telstra Your app dos NOT work. Seriously. There is not even an error message anymore. It's just not available. I am seriously considering a change to another provider after more than 30 years.

@Telstra Please tell me why you no longer allow me to turn the international roaming day pass on and off in your app? I have been traveling for 2 months in EU and you keep enabling $10 a day. YOUR APP NO LONGER WORKS.

@kutchenhaus I had one of your “amazing” kitchens installed in 2019. It was and is a complete disaster with kickboards constantly falling over, cupboards with the laminate already peeling and so on. So incredibly disappointing.

@Telstra Friday night nearly an hour troubleshooting NBN connect, knowing it was a modem problem.. Had to wait for a technician this morning to confirm that. Was assured on Friday night that the technician would have a new modem..!! no of course he doesn't carry them..
