And if they were targeting these individuals based on how they looked? That opens the door to Equal Protection violations, under the Fourteenth Amendment. Translation… this is unconstitutional. And this is what should piss everyone off even more… These wasteful unconstitutional stops are what your taxes are funding. Not safety, or targeted enforcement… But using multiple federal vehicles… agents… time… resources… To detain the wrong people, violate their rights, and then drive away like it never happened. Over… And over… And over again. And after all of these documented cases of U.S. citizens being wrongfully detained… There are still no consequences.
