Per @reuters, FDA has authorized the granting of early access before regulatory approval to daraxonrasib pill for patients with previously treated pancreatic cancer, $RVMD said on Friday.
Daraxonrasib has also received an FDA priority review voucher, intended to speed the development and review of drugs that address unmet medical needs.
$RVMD said it was working to open the early access program as quickly as possible in the U.S., while ensuring access is safe and equitable.

I’m glad more people are finally recognizing the populist, anti-American grift pushed by woke right influencers like Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson. They’ve spent years enriching themselves by feeding division, undermining trust, and tearing at the foundations of the country that gave them every opportunity to succeed. Let’s hope the tide turning against them isn’t too little, too late.
There’s nothing wrong with criticizing American policies when your arguments are grounded in facts, principle, and critical thinking. That’s healthy in a free society. 🚨 EXCLUSIVE 🚨 George Farmer, the immigrant husband of Candace Owens @RealCandaceO, totaled his truck while driving drunk on 8/10/2023, despite Candace Owens denying her husband had ever been arrested and claiming his accident was simply a “fender bender” that the police were never called over. In reality, there have been multiple accidents, including a 2023 DUI due to Farmer’s excessive drinking and driving. In 2023, Farmer was a green card holder and when he was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee, he was in possession of a firearm and had targets in the backseat of his truck. This is all documented in the arrest report below. It is unknown how Farmer was able to get US citizenship in 2025, as DUI while in possession of a firearm on a green card is a deportable offense. @SecRubio @ICEgov @DHSgov Did Farmer disclose this arrest to immigration authorities at INS? Did he lie about it? Did he and Candace pay someone off to make this go away? Candace directly and deliberately lied to her viewers when she said this never happened. She said it was “a fender bender”. The reality is, both accidents happened, and neither one was a fender bender. And I have all of the receipts to prove it. Along with Farmer’s mugshot, I also obtained a transcript of the 911 call and the police report that documents how Farmer had a BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) of 0.26 when police made him take a breathalyzer after he was found stumbling on the side of the highway, barely able to stand from being so drunk. The legal BAC level is 0.08. Farmer, who is listed as being 180 pounds on the arrest report, would have had to consume 13 drinks over 4 hours to reach a 0.26 BAC level before getting in his truck and driving. He could have killed someone. It’s a testament to how selfish he and his wife truly are, and always have been. Drunk driving is one of the trashiest and most reckless behaviors a person can ever engage in. I have also obtained photos of Farmer’s black, totaled RAM 1500 truck, completely destroyed from when he crashed it while drunk. I tracked down the Carfax report for the truck, which proves the truck was last sold in Nashville, Tennessee. These receipts prove without a doubt that Candace Owen’s husband is a criminal and that she lied about her husband and his DUI. What else is Candace Owens hiding? Happy Birthday, Candace @RealCandaceO. I hope this birthday, you will practice being a better person and try to not lie so much. Instead of obsessing over Charlie Kirk’s spouse @MrsErikaKirk, you should focus on your own spouse and his serious drinking problem before he murders someone behind the wheel. People who live in 2 multi-million dollar glass houses that are hidden in a trust in Nashville shouldn’t be throwing stones. This is actually my main issue with $ERAS. This is not an endorsement of $ANL but if I were to buy another RAS name doesn't it make more sense to buy one that is under $1B that is less than a year behind ERAS?

100% agree. $ERAS got a beating that may have been well deserved given the the bloated valuation and hastened data report, but remains, along with $ANL, the only playable RAS names. $ANL much cheaper and with less of a patent overhang should pickup ahead of data.

Well over a billion dollars raised for $ORKA’s decade+ late psoriasis me-too drugs. I can’t emphasize enough the fact there are ZERO psoriasis patients under my care that we cannot control with existing options. 1-2 shots per year instead of 4 is not meaningful innovation, period. Over a billion dollars going to this instead of other medical innovation. Psoriasis is just about the *only* condition in my field where we flat out don’t need something new, and these funds are just stuffing cash down ORKA’s throat to get their performance locks the easy way instead of investing somewhere that could actually benefit someone. As long as nobody sells for a while they’ll all make money, even if these stupid companies can’t get an exit in the long run.
The investing system *should* be set up such that it doesn’t reward this nonsense - so far it isn’t.
I know there are a lot of smart people involved in this who I otherwise like and respect, but I won’t mince words (hopefully they’ll at least respect me for that):
This entire YTE situation is a pathetic use of the incentive system that’s supposed to ultimately help patients by creating medical innovation. As investors we are nothing but parasites if we aren’t taking risks to profit off of innovation and financial engineering our way to success instead. The only way this YTE situation works in the long run from these current valuations is if they are able to exploit a completely broken payor system by forcing doctors to abandon perfectly good generic drugs that the system could cheaply afford.
I think this whole thing is gross.

$ORKA shows P2a IL23 data that (almost) matched the IL23 knockout study. Stock rallied. $800M raise at almost $6B valuation. Similar story for $SYRE with its *OPEN LABEL* a4b7 data in UC. Both *after* already rallying >100% recently. What exactly did we learn from these readouts that wasn’t fully expected? Seriously, nothing at all. You used to have to take risks to get upside on binaries in biotech. Not in the YTE cabal! Apparently these stocks are somehow perpetually mispriced until they can show us some tiny open label trial that proves their drugs meet bars of the drugs that are already on the market. Oh you’re buying at +300% today becuase a month ago you didn’t know if a4b7 or IL23 worked? Ok, sure 👍🏻
