I am voting to get the Tories out… For my grandma: Who died alone of Covid in hospital, separated from her family. Her last words forever lost. For my Dad: Who underwent cancer treatment in hospital alone. Putting on a brave face so his family would think he’s okay. For my NHS colleagues: Who put their lives at risk to care for Covid patients, armed with only flimsy masks & bin bags for PPE We died alone, suffered alone, grieved alone…. Whilst the Tories laughed at us & partied They fucking partied!! I will never forget & never forgive Let’s obliterate them in this election!

The whole team & dogs/cats were safely 300m inside the airport perimeter. We were turned away as @JoeBiden @POTUS had changed paperwork rules just 2 hours earlier. Went through hell to get there & we were turned away into the chaos of those devastating explosions. #OperationArk

@biscuitsncheese Oh I still drive but only days, no nights out and Monday to Friday, I do a lot of adr work so the money is good.

Business can solve the driver shortage by raising wages and improving working conditions. Just recruit and train some more.

@RobExRAF @johnredwood Agreed. My OH is getting pretty fed up. He had a fuel theft the other night. Services are dire and expensive, truck stops are few and far between, wages are crap unless he tramps which is hard for us both. Good luck finding ppl to do it any more

@johnredwood You think? We've had an ongoing driver shortage for years because of rubbish wages and conditions, no decent overnight facilities or safe parking, theft and robbery at a high point, go out Monday come back Saturday and another of drivers chucked it in because of cpc.
