Don’t wait to buy. This is going to be a huge week for $EMAT when everyone see how they will do this: “Phase I of EM&T’s planned U.S. industrial campus is intended to establish the largest hydrometallurgical facility in the Western Hemisphere.” Couldn’t be a better time for them to enter this market and grow. Register for the webinar on Thursday 2/19 at 10amET and learn more about $EMAT virtualmeetingportal.com/evolution-meta…

$EMAT investor presentation is out. Here are the highlights. I am bullish on this sector and company and own shares. TLDR: •EMAT is positioning itself as a key U.S. supplier in a strategically important sector with strong demand tailwinds (EVs, renewables, defense). •The integrated model and experience base are framed as competitive advantages. Full Summary: 1. Critical Materials Supply Chain Focus •EMAT emphasizes building a U.S.-based supply chain for critical minerals and materials used in automotive, aerospace, defense, electronics, renewable energy and other industrial markets. •The materials include rare earth magnets and battery precursor and cathode materials — which are essential to EVs, wind turbines, and electronics. This appeals to policymakers and OEMs aiming to localize supply chains. 2. Integrated Production & Recycling Model •The company describes plans to integrate midstream processing (like hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical technologies) with downstream manufacturing of magnets and battery materials. •This includes battery recycling activities that convert spent lithium-ion batteries into feedstocks for new materials — a “closed-loop” or circular model. 3. Industrial Scale Goals •EMAT touts its intent to establish large-scale processing and production facilities in the U.S., including hydrometallurgical plants and rare earth magnet production capacity. •It frames these as a strategic alternative to China, where much of this production currently occurs. 4. Experience & Operational Heritage •Management highlights that the company combines existing operating subsidiaries with decades of experience in magnet and materials manufacturing (from businesses that already sell to OEM customers). •The narrative is not about a theoretical startup but about scaling existing commercial technologies. 💡 Forward-Looking & Cautionary Notes The presentation, like most investor strategy decks submitted as an SEC exhibit, includes standard disclaimers about forward-looking statements, assumptions and risks: •It uses words like may, expect, and intend, which are not guarantees. •These projections are subject to execution risk, regulatory hurdles, supply chain dependencies, financing needs, and competitive pressures.

$EMAT is a screaming buy. It’s down with most of its industry, but it will take one green day and be back above $10. Mark it.

$EMAT Intraday Alert. The "SPAC Hangover" is officially here.We just witnessed a nasty rug pull from $16.60 down to $14.26 in a single hour. The bid side completely evaporated. What's Happening:This is classic "De-SPAC" price action. The initial hype volume is fading, and gravity is taking over. The vertical drop suggests someone big is hitting the exit button. My Plan for the Close: The Danger Zone: Do NOT try to be a hero and buy this dip yet. This isn't a "discount"; it's a falling knife. The Levels: I am watching $14.00 closely. Bear Case: If $14 cracks, we could see a flush to $12.50 fast. I’d look to short any weak bounce back to $15.00. Bull Case: Needs to stabilize sideways for at least 2-3 hours before I even consider a long. Protect your capital. Let the dust settle first. I’m monitoring the Level 2 data for a potential reversal entry later today. 👇 (Check my Bio to join the WhatsApp group) #EMAT #SPAC #StockMarket #DayTrading #Volatility #ShortSelling #RiskManagement

The Art of the Deal“ beschreibt. #hartaberfair #Lanz #maischberger #Merz #UlrikeHermann #Ronzheimer @ronzheimer @robinalexander_ @PeterRNeumann @GordonRepinski @MichaelBroecker @HeleneBubrowski @gaborsteingart

@BillAckman @realDonaldTrump @SecScottBessent @pulte Yes, let’s penalize the average home buyer with a pre-payment penalty. Not that they can afford to buy a home anyway. Don’t you have ENOUGH money?? Is it EVER enough for you people??!!

President @realDonaldTrump and @SecScottBessent, and @pulte, I have a simple idea on how to lower mortgage rates and spreads: One of the unique features of U.S. conventional mortgages is that they are prepayable at any time without a penalty. While this feature is attractive for homeowners, it comes at a significant cost as buyers of mortgage backed securities (‘MBS’) require a significant increase in spread to compensate them for giving the borrower the option to prepay at anytime. Why don’t Fannie and Freddie also offer non-prepayable mortgages where if the borrower wishes to prepay the loan, he would have to pay a prepayment penalty? I asked one of my friends who is an expert and large investor in MBS what the estimated savings today would be on a 30-year Fannie/Freddie mortgage if the borrower would be locked out from prepayment other than by paying a penalty? He estimated that the savings would be about 65 basis points. So a borrower could have a choice: Obtain a 30-year prepayable mortgage at today’s ~6% rate, or at a 5.35% rate, but with the obligation to pay a prepayment penalty if he/she refinanced in the future. The loan could also be made to be portable so that if the home is sold, the new borrower could assume the loan and no prepayment penalty would be owed on a sale. While the ability to prepay is a valuable option, locking in the 65 bps savings upfront over the life of the mortgage may be the difference between the borrower being able to afford the home and not being able to. You could imagine that there could be different versions of this product where the lock out would be for 5 years, 10 years etc. (with different levels of savings for each, the longer the lockout, the greater the savings) and the borrower could custom design the mortgage and its prepayability to meet their life plan. As you know, commercial mortgages work this way. Why couldn’t the same approach be used for home loans?

$EMAT +109% 🚀 Fresh Nasdaq debut = absolute rocket fuel 🔥🧲 🔹 What they do: Critical minerals + materials supply chain — targeting battery + rare earth / magnet materials ♻️⚡️ 🔹 Today’s catalyst: Business combo closed and the company is now trading on Nasdaq under $EMAT 🏁📈 🔹 Why it matters: “China-independent supply chain” narrative + recycling angle = traders piling in 🌍🇺🇸 🔹 Tape warning: New listing + low liquidity = wild swings, possible halts 🎢⏸️⚠️ Eyes on $EMAT — when a new ticker catches momentum, it can stay violent 👀💥 For informational purposes only – not a buy/sell signal.

On this note, has anyone heard of the $WTMA SPAC that’s rolling up a bunch of Korean REE processors & looking to replicate the operations in St. Louis for processing batteries, e-waste & set up a magnet plant? Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. (EM&T) $EMAT is the new name.
Yellow Lab Life Capital@YellowLabLife

Bonkers deal…US government is not messing around And the koala is pleased because: The only way a $110/kg NdPr floor works commercially outside defense applications is if you basically tariff or ban foreign magnets/oxides and that means a scrap magnet export ban is logical and recycling REE permanent magnets is a mission critical endeavour in the USA now

Saw her at a party while traveling in NYC 11 yrs ago Gut punch. Most beautiful woman I’d ever seen Shot my shot, hit on her relentlessly She wasn’t having it. Complete and utter shoot down But got the tiniest glint of eye contact that lingered Never got her name Had dreams about her periodically for next few years (never happened with any other woman) 3yrs later on a work trip in ATL Forgot it was the week before MDW. Friends back in Seattle were all out of town for the holiday. Didn’t make sense to fly home Decided I’d go to ATL in the am and just buy cheapest ticket anywhere with a beach for the wknd Went to airport early Sat morning. Cheapest ticket was Miami, $60 Plane was empty. Didn’t check the weather. Turns out ticket was cheap b/c tropical storm hitting Miami 🤦‍♂️ Hunkered down in a hostel for 2 days Last day of MDW. Weather cleared up. Went out for a walk Girl across the street walking her dog caught my eye Couldn’t believe it Was her (turns out she lived in Miami and had just been traveling as well that night I saw her in NYC) Shot my shot again. She remembered me vaguely I had my camera. Asked if I could photograph her Spent the day walking around Miami Somehow this time my relentless hitting on her eventually broke through Spent the night together Next weekend she flew to see me in Seattle Long distance for a year. Traded off every 2 wks flying 7hrs to see each other Moved in together. Tiny apartment in LA. Neutral territory. New city to both of us Didn’t consider career/financial implications of relocating Had a lot of fun but went broke after six months. Had to break lease, apologized to our landlord (sweet lady) Moved to Mexico b/c literally too broke to live anywhere in the US Mexico was fun but went broke again and had to move to Guatemala (3x cheaper) Figured it out eventually. Clawed our way back. Never stopped traveling Rest is history Grateful for that tropical storm and this pup (Lady) We wouldn’t have crossed paths again if it wasn’t for a lot of luck and those two
