That is why he wasn’t charged. Unfortunately, casting a ballot without citizenship is a disqualification, willfully or not. Bikes are vehicles and should be on the road. The fall under the jurisdiction of traffic laws, the same as motor vehicles. Many states require cyclists to get off their bikes and walk them across the crosswalk when they use the sidewalk. They truly need to bring bicycle safety classes back to schools and communities.

Who the heck has the right of way in this situation? I live out in the country so my head automatically goes to the vehicle having the right of way. As fast as this e-bike is going it should have just been on the road & treated as a motorcycle.

If you ever wondered how much a soldiers gear weighs this will give you a good idea. Weights will vary based on mission set and length of time but just his daily is more than most people can handle then add a pack.

People are not being paid $15-$18 an hour for scooping ice cream either. They were paid $7.50-$9/hr. Doubling the wages nearly doubled the cost. Employers also have to add an extra 10% of each employee's salary to send to FICA on their behalf. I didn't understand it until I got high enough in management to become involved in examining cost centers and revenue centers and projecting budgets for the next fiscal year.
