The U.S. House took an important step by passing legislation to allow year-round E15 which had the support of every member of MN’s delegation.  I have led this bipartisan bill in the Senate for years because expanding biofuels will help lower prices at the pump, support farmers, and strengthen our energy independence. Now the Senate needs to act.
