What finally worked? Increasing the price by $200 and offering "Free Shipping"! This way, we are rewarding the customer with something 'free' vs. an additional payment at checkout. What happened? - Conversion % ⬆️ - ROAS ⬆️ - Cart Abandonment ⬇️ Takeaway - keep testing!

We try / test everything possible, new creative, new audiences, nothing works. We finally called time of death on flat rate shipping. Why did this fail? ✔️$200 is a lot of money ✔️It feels like an tax on the customer ✔️Nothing about this makes a customer feel special

Fun experiment at work this week. I'm working with a brand selling high ticket / expensive to ship items and they need to drive profitabiltiy. CEO wants to push $200 flat rate shipping, but the problem is it hasn't worked and their shipping subsidy is blowing up the P&L.

I’ve been an Apple iPhone user for over 10 years. I would be more than willing to switch to another phone if Apple isn’t a fan of free speech anymore and removes Twitter. Also, it begs the question, who controls Apple? It certainly isn’t Tim Cook. Free speech is non-negotiable.

Seems like the deals on Amazon have been a fairly large letdown. I think this is true generally for all e-commerce. How much of this is due to deal fatigue since promotions started much earlier vs. truly less compelling offers?

@BackstreetB0 @BlackLabelAdvsr Typically don't set a time-bound goal but rather a click-based goal. Good rule of thumb is to measure your conversion against a minimum of 20 clicks. If you have a strong conversion star to optimize bid levels, but if you don't convert, cut bait quickly after that threshold!
