It’s really amazing to see some responses on here surprised by my mental state… that mental state is why I’m in contention every poy race since 2017 no tourney is too big no tourney is too small treat it like pokemon gotta play em all But in all seriousness poker is a long term game you realize equity sometimes other times end up with 0% equity the next tourney or hand has nothing to do with it stop getting emotionally attached to anything while at the table that you cant control

My head is spinning. I just looked at the schedule and somehow the Horseshoe circuit series overlaps the last few days of the WSOP. I can't figure out a possible reason for scheduling like this, and now I'm forced to miss the Omaha 8 circuit event to chase WSOP POY points.

Parramatta’s mistake a year ago was believing they could turn Jonah Pezet into a five-eighth. He’s a genuine halfback, not a six. It’s hard to criticise the Eels for signing Jarome Luai on what is effectively a low-cost one-year deal, especially if Lorenzo Talataina remains their long-term plan for 2028. It gives Lorenzo more time to develop, and if Luai can take him under his wing for a season, that’s an added bonus.
