At Kamp 2025 last week, we brought the whole company together - not just to celebrate, but to align on where we’re headed next. Bringing the full company together gave us the space to align, spark new ideas, and raise the bar on what we’re building as a team. We also had the privilege of hearing from our newest investor, Scott Beechuk of @NorwestVP, who shared why he’s so excited about Kustomer’s future. The takeaway? Kustomer is building momentum - with the best people, a culture of excellence, and a relentless focus on delivering more for our customers. The months ahead will be busy (in the best way), as we roll out new ways of using AI + CX - all with the intent of raising the bar for customer experience.
