@UberUK @Uber @Uber_Support I’m not quite sure I understand the issue here. Your driver took an unauthorised route for no reason, willingly knowing that it would increase the fare by 120%. Simply credit the account and we can continue. I would also like to retract the rating to 1star for this purpose.

Absolutely disgraceful - the driver purposely took a longer route at 4:30 in the morning when there was no traffic so that the fare would increase by over double. He took this journey without my approval and @Uber are not willing to refund it @Uber_Support - 2008 Unfair Trading!

@Uber_Support You can see the driver purposely took a longer route against what the app said, which I questioned at the time. He could have gone straight through London or the A406. At 435am there is zero traffic!!!

@Uber_Support I’ve tried this route and all I get is an automated message that the trip isn’t eligible for a price adjustment, which is absurd. This is completely unjustifiable and against Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which prohibits misleading commercial practices

@Uber_Support Furthermore, I would like to recall the rating given to the Driver from a 5 to a one star as he purposely took this route knowing that the charges would increase substantially when there was no traffic and no reason to do so at 430am. I have lost all Faith and Trust in Uber.

@Uber_Support I contacted your Support twice and even Amex have recalled the money due to the unfair charges. Your agent was only concerned about settling the funds as opposed to the disgraceful rate increase and put the phone down.

Can’t believe how poor @Dyson have been. Next day delivery didn’t show. Called every day and got same script. No one ever called back. 11 days later got escalated and someone called and promised a new order had been placed and it would arrive today. Guess what…no fan. Shocking

Always trusted a brand like @Dyson but can’t believe how incompetent they’ve been. Fan due to arrive last Friday in next day delivery. Call every day, same script, being escalated, we’ll call you back. Not one call and still no fan. Absolute shambles and embarrassment!
