I'm never flying @Delta again. This airline used to be good and now it's absolute garbage. This trip has been a nightmare: you can't keep our bags overnight, tell us they'll be on our flight, and then fail to do that. I'm so done.

🙄 it seems @Delta is back to being garbage. Flight to Reykjavik was delayed 3 hours then cancelled at 330am and rebooked for 7pm today. The Help Center is useless: trying to get a guest pass for the Sky Club for my travel companion🤞but so far no luck...

Dear @delta, I can't check in because my departing flight is on a different airline, and your support agent can't verify my flight and check me in. What's the point in having support staff if they can't do anything? They told me to get to the airport at 4am to fix it. Send Help.

I'm not sure who's writing/reviewing surveys at @figma before they go out but they need a talking-to. It's borderline impossible to answer some of these questions without more detail about how the product would work, what it would cost, etc. #surveydesign #uxresearch
