@brycesylvester @thefundneo As Chris Thompson @ccarsonthompson always used to tell me, data is power. There is no one factor to drive a location decision but hopefully this puts power into the hands of decision makers

@thefundneo Access to talent is the top priority for companies today. But, the other decision drivers in site selection (time, risk, & cost) are influential in where companies locate. We must reduce time, reduce risk, and reduce cost at sites closer to larger labor pools. #wherematters

Q7. One of the most telling graphics in this report is in the first key takeaway. In today's competitive hiring climate, how do you think businesses have overlooked the significant difference in access to talent between various sites they're considering? #wherematters

@thefundneo I’m not sure it is ignored, I’m just not sure it is sufficiently built into decision rubrics. And who inside an organization has the responsibility to manage what parts of the decision? We are pointed in a direction of helping to bring these pieces together

@thefundneo @brycesylvester We got some initial pushback saying we were “against” some places. But this research say EVERYPLACE can work to improve their access: urban, suburban, exurban
