I’ve always believed the No.1 application of AI should be to improve human health. That work started with AlphaFold, and now at @IsomorphicLabs with the mission to reimagine drug discovery and one day solve all disease! We are turbocharging that goal with $2.1B in new funding.

$NVDA: breaking out. $5T MC feels insane until you model out sovereign AI, agentic compute, and the next 5 years of data center capex; $5T is a pit stop. When the world is wiring itself for AI, you own the wire... big earnings up soon!

The AI capex supercycle is not a bubble. It’s infrastructure. We didn’t call fiber optic cable in '99 a bubble - we called it overbuilt. Hyperscalers are building for a demand curve that hasn’t arrived yet. That’s not irrational - it’s how infrastructure gets built $MSFT $GOOGL

@m_goes_distance Very bold list of predictions! I don’t see this in the 18 months timeframe, esp considering it’s 36+ months to get through Phi/II in the clinic. But we can dream!

biotech will do more for humanity in the next 18 months than the last 50 years here is what the next 12-18 months carry: 1. aging becomes reversible - Life Biosciences reports results from the first ever human epigenetic reprogramming trial by end of 2026. if it works the entire category reprices overnight 2. your genome becomes your medical record-consumer grade sequencing is already at $1,100. by 2027 it is a standard intake form 3. personalized gene therapies become real - baby KJ proved a custom CRISPR therapy can be built for one person in 6 months. his doctors are now building the FDA pathway to do it for everyone 4. peptides go fully mainstream - 14 of 19 banned compounds are coming back to legal compounding. the grey market becomes a regulated industry with actual quality standards 5. psychedelics become first line treatment - Compass Pathways is weeks from the first ever FDA approval of a psychedelic drug. depression and PTSD treatment just changed permanently 6. AI designs drugs that work better than anything a human team has ever produced- Isomorphic Labs is pushing AI-designed molecules into human trials right now. results expected this year 7. BCIs move from medical to performance - Merge Labs, Neuralink, Synchron all pointed at the same target. the first healthy person gets an implant for cognitive enhancement and the waitlist forms immediately after bio/acc

Much needed technical relief in $MU and semis today - still bullish on the long thesis in memory buildouts. $1000 PT in 2026, Jan 2027 LEAPs could be the perfect play

@WarrenPies Macro is key, some under addressed aspects: -Massive cash reserves in money markets ($7T) -real estate equity all time highs -COVID stimuli still working through markets -household debts relatively low (but climbing)

Are we in a bubble? Is this 2000? IMO, no and no. Remember, these questions have been in the air for years now (excerpt from a March 2024 report) Fiscal policy remains one of the most important macro differences -In 2000 govt was running a 2% surplus -Today the deficit is ~6%

Still incredible that the DeepMind documentary has footage of exact moment Demis is told that AlphaFold can “easily” predict all known (1-2B) protein sequences “in a month” and he says to do it. Then, it shows the moment AlphaFold is released to the world.

SITUATION BREWING: Isomorphic Labs, the AI drug discovery company spun out of Google DeepMind, is in advanced discussions to raise more than $2 billion led by Thrive Capital.

@PeterMallouk Interesting that nearly every big bank strategist has been calling bubble for over a year, yet markets keep pushing to historic highs… AI sentiment may simply be stronger and more durable than traditional valuation models can capture.

When leaders closest to the new frontier talk less about limits and more about abundance & productivity, pay attention. Markets may still be underestimating the duration and scale of this buildout. We may have a long way to go before the real #AI #bubble phase even begins.

The AI supercycle is still early. One of the more important signals isn’t a model release or capex — it’s #Anthropic’s Dario Amodei shifting from AI doomer to AI acceleration cheerleader.

$FSLR strong earnings: $3.22 EPS vs $2.98. With 47.9GW backlog and AI/data center demand surging for domestic clean power, it’s becoming core energy infrastructure—not just solar. Still undervalued vs >$12B backlog + U.S. tailwinds. #FSLR #Energy #Earnings

Structural underinvestment and years of “ignore dirty oil” has inevitably led us to this, and all it took was a relatively small conflict. Boom/bust cycles in oil markets are well documented e.g., “Crude Volatility” -@Bob_McNally

@BillAckman Absolutely, this is the age we’re in of personalized genetic medicine. APOe4 one of if not the most studied gene with ties to AD. And yet, no highly efficacious or proven meds/intervention to treat this genetic “disorder”

First Solar $FSLR, are trading nearly 5% higher pre-market after Reuters reported that China has held preliminary talks with manufacturers about restricting the export of advanced solar equipment and technology to the United States. If China limits its technology exports (nothing has been officially confirmed yet), it reduces competition from overseas rivals and strengthens First Solar's market position as a domestic provider for critical US. infrastructure. First Solar is one of the largest positions in my portfolio, so this would be great news for the company if China were to implement these export controls on solar equipment, but I still think they are massively undervalued anyway. The shares trade on a forward P/E of just 11 for this year, and 8.51 and 7.16 for the next two years, with a forecast free cash yield of 1.3%, 14.6% and 24.3% respectively, and a PEG ratio of around 0.3-0.4, according to Marketscreener (see below).
