US auto "market at inflection point because consumers expect prices will keep falling. Economists call this a "deflationary spiral"...consumers delay purchases w/expectations of lower prices, which reduces demand, builds up supply & leads to the lower prices..." @CoxAutomotive

That monthly OB looks like a potential reversal level. If it's to get nastier (yet more "fuel" for further upside) send it to 7ish % (lower probability Vs reversal @ monthly OB but both are 🔑 levels) You can't find all answers in one chart alone. They need to "collide" almost at the same time for you to have a powerful confirmation that an HTF reversal is imminent. Example: This chart reaching for 5.80% is a potential powerful bullish reversal level, and if it was to happen when Bitcoin is closing Daily above $65,700 high, it's more powerful than if it happens without Bitcoin doing so. Track both. You should take decisions on size and risk according to the % probability you can build when considering all the confirmations you find. Alts would be 🩸 a bit more if this scenario was to happen, and that would be ideal as there's still a % of the highest trading volume coins still to hit their HTF 🔑 levels, such as MATIC, DOGE, and AGIX being three of those coins. This doesn't mean they all have to. Many did already. It's even more powerful if there's no HTF close < the 🔑 level i shared on TOTAL2 ($940Bn). The more liquidity related confirmations you find, the higher the probability to succeed if you play for a reversal. Important to track the SPX as it's a market with $50tn and Bitcoin is unlikely to moon if this chart is 🩸 regardless of "decoupling!" dreams. The SPX is flirting with ATH and the price level 🇺🇸 banks forecasted in early 2022. The most important charts are the ones showing all the liquidity rather than random shitcoin charts. Pay attention to a future potential triple bottom @ 3.80% on USDT Dominance. Alts can get a hit again. Pay attention to the news and sentiment whenever this chart is nearing 3.80% support. It's weaker Vs the first hit though (explained several times why) Ps:. I couldn't have shared more warnings than i did, on several charts and sentiment-wise. Don't pay it all back again while hoping for the moon. Start journaling and connecting dots or you will be running after your own tail for perpetuity. It won't be hard to identify the macro-top. Looking at all the data i have at the moment, i believe the next leg up (2024) will be the last one before a drop of larger magnitude and that'll last longer.

When I think about the journey our IT and Operations departments have taken, I can't help but be filled with a sense of pride. It's been an exciting ride. We've transformed how we operate with a mix of strategy, tech, and sheer innovation. We didn't just bring in new gadgets and call it a day. Instead, we reshaped our entire culture to value innovation and strive for excellence. Our setup now, with its cutting-edge IOCC, a comprehensive data warehouse, and smart analytics integrating business and SCADA applications, is setting a new standard. At the core of our triumph is the magic of smart analytics. We've managed to tap into our data's vast potential, automating how we make decisions and how we respond to operational upsets. This means we're not only tackling challenges head-on as they come but also spotting opportunities on the horizon. This edge has not just set us apart in a competitive market; it's placed IT and OT as a key component of our business strategy, proving its value. Looking forward, the oil and gas landscape is as complex as ever. But our drive for innovation hasn't slowed down; if anything, it's stronger. The path ahead is all about building on our strengths, learning from our journey so far, and continuously pushing the limits of what technology can do to achieve operational brilliance and sustainable growth. This is a shout-out to the incredible talent and dedication of our IT and Operations teams, with a nod to our shared vision for what the future holds in our industry.

Simon Wardley's strategy tool called Wardley Maps are a solid thinking tool. His latest writing on measurement is a gem. Here it is in the form of maxims I save and review before each project (or project approval):

Quote from Kevin Kelly (adjusted to this year): "If we could climb into a time machine and journey 20 years into the future, and from that vantage look back to today, we’d realize that most of the greatest products running the lives of citizens in 2044 were not invented until after 2024. People in the future will look at their holodecks, and wearable virtual reality contact lenses, and downloadable avatars, and AI interfaces, and say, oh, you didn’t really have the internet (or whatever they’ll call it) back then. And they’d be right. Because from our perspective now, the greatest online things of the first half of this century are all before us. All these miraculous inventions are waiting for that crazy, no-one-told-me-it-was-impossible visionary to start grabbing the low-hanging fruit — the equivalent of the dot com names of 1984. Because here is the other thing the greybeards in 2044 will tell you: Can you imagine how awesome it would have been to be an entrepreneur in 2024? It was a wide-open frontier! You could pick almost any category X and add some AI to it, put it on the cloud. Few devices had more than one or two sensors in them, unlike the hundreds now. Expectations and barriers were low. It was easy to be the first. And then they would sigh, “Oh, if only we realized how possible everything was back then!” kk.org/thetechnium/yo…
