Titrated up to 4mg of Reta today. Reading an overwhelming amount of positive reviews that say 4mg is the sweet spot for fat burning and also keeps sides away. Taking it every 6 days instead of once a week. Feels like I’ve about got this Retatrutide protocol dialed in. Anyone else running the same or similar?

@bryan_johnson 12mg is wild. I be on 2mg and the nonchalance is through the roof. We need research on impact on dopamine receptors.
