Yesterday I was at Belapur District Court for a matter pending since 4 years - I requested permission to speak to the Hon Judge - told him that in the last 4 years we have got 49 dates and still there no progress - It was a plea to direct the police to file an FIR and investigate since Police have been acting indifferent….. he confirms he will pass the order the same day and upload - and then what do I see in evening? “Parties and Advocate Absent” and it’s postponed to May 2026. Am I missing something? @bombaybench @MLJ_GoI @indialegalmedia

An induction stove costs 3k to 5k retail price in india that’s a 10x delta A plasma stove uses 2 to 3.5 units/hour. Daily cooking takes 30 to 90 mins. That is 1 to 4+ units for the same food. And it is not even efficient. Plasma loses energy as heat, light, and air. Real efficiency is 40-60%. Induction gives 85-90%. Same food but much less power. This is the real problem: You pay extra to waste your own power. And this the problem with these gimmicky products. They look cool. But they do not make sense. If we want real change, we need to think practical. Swadeshifying is not about fancy tech. It is about what works for millions of homes. It’s about what stops multi millions dollars of imports We need to think about: - What people will buy? - What saves money every day? - What runs without problems? India could be a great place to do business. But middlemen destroy the whole vibe. A director of a major OEM, called us personally. He’d heard excellent feedback on us from the market and was excited to collaborate. We were pumped. Then the Purchase Manager jumped in. He asked for prices. We told him our price (even shared BOM). He laughs and says he gets it at 30% cheaper. Which is complete bullshit. Cut to a few days later: A third party called and advised us to keep 5% commission for this purchase manager Deal died right there. Our respect fell. Enthusiasm faded. And we decided to let go of this one. Because a 'NO' deal is better than a bad deal.
