@illyism We recently ran a benchmark on ranking content. How long does it take to start ranking decently? When does the article position stabilize?

Google SEO is very similar to Twitter, TikTok and YouTube nowadays. Once indexed, you get assigned a tiny test audience. 5-10 people will see your results (your title + description) and if it's relevant, those users will click (= good signal) Then, if they stay on the page longer, and don't go back to the search results to check another article it means they liked your article and it's relevant to their search (= good signal) Your article will then be shown to a little wider audience and keep being tested. If something suddenly breaks (for example; your site is offline or login doesn't work) then users will go to other results (= bad signal) If you change the title and users stop clicking, your article is less relevant (= bad signal) Like in dating, there are only 2 rules: 1. Be attractive 2. Don't be unattractive What this means: 1. Make awesome content 2. Don't make bad (Ai) content You'll rank #1 in no time (but you also need the bestlinksonly.com = more trust signals) - hope this helps. Disclaimer; It's my honest current concept of how to see SEO and how the algo works. But nobody knows for sure! Good luck!
