The "generate git commit" feature in Google Gemini Code Assist plugin for IntelliJ is mind-blowing to me. I'm utterly stunned to what extent it describes not just the changes, but also its uncanny ability to glean WHY the changes were made, is melting my head. This description below is so freaking helpful — there are so many changes in the past I wish I could have documented this way! cc @rseroter @nathenharvey @DynamicWebPaige @matvelloso @Steve_Yegge PS: I wish there was a "fast mode" for this feature — often I just want whatever it can generate in 5 seconds, because that's infinitely better than me typing "fixed".
