In today’s Vatnik Soup, we’ll introduce Russian propaganda operations around military targets like Starobilsk. For over a decade, the Kremlin has used similar strategies, combining crisis actors, “independent journalists” and fabricated evidence. 1/13

Commies look the way you expect them to look. Inbred, unwashed.

Ukrainian drone dives to strike a Russian soldier, but on approach it finds he has already taken his own life. War is neither as entertaining as in video games nor as romantic as in movies.

In a galaxy that demands strength - America stands ready. This is the way. May the 4th be with you.

Ukraine has officially addressed Israel through diplomatic and legal channels, requesting action on the “PANORMITIS” vessel. The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine has submitted a relevant request to the Israeli authorities based on a Ukrainian court ruling to arrest the vessel as part of the ongoing investigation. The vessel is suspected of carrying a grain cargo that was illegally transported from a closed port in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in violation of international law and Ukrainian legislation. This is not Twitter diplomacy, but a very concrete legal and diplomatic request for international legal assistance that necessitates a response. We expect the Israeli side to take it seriously rather than responding with emotional statements.

A second Russian vessel carrying stolen Ukrainian grain is approaching Haifa, Israel. Israel previously accepted grain cargo from another Russian ship despite prior warnings about its origin. Ukraine formally requested the vessel’s arrest as soon as it entered port, but Israeli authorities issued a response only after the ship had already departed, stating that no action could be taken because the vessel was no longer in Israeli port. And now, the second Rusian vessel with Ukrainian grain is en route to Haifa.

Friendly Ukrainian-Israeli relations have the potential to benefit both countries, and Russia’s illegal trade with stolen Ukrainian grain should not undermine them. It is difficult to understand Israel’s lack of appropriate response to Ukraine’s legitimate request regarding the previous vessel that delivered stolen goods to Haifa. Now that another such vessel has arrived in Haifa, we once again warn Israel against accepting the stolen grain and harming our relations. In this context, we have already officially summoned the Israeli ambassador to @MFA_Ukraine tomorrow morning to present our protest note and request appropriate action.
