@hollinsheadmark Hi Mark, on fully booked flights, overhead bin space can be limited. Please note that certain compartments are reserved for inflight crew luggage, particularly when crew members are operating on tight connections.

Hey @WestJet This is the second flight I have been on, where passengers are having to put hand luggage in the hold. Because the cabin is full. All overhead storage from rows 27-30 full of baggage that is owned by the crew? Should that not go in the hold? That’s why it’s full?
