@Buick — when will you have the parts for my enclave?! The dealership has had my vehicle for almost a month. We replaced the anti thief part in July 2025. Just 4 months ago, my vehicle threw the same codes, and totally shut down. The dealership is stonewalling us.🧵

@Buick Just recently bought a 2025 in September and have spent over 24 hours at the dealership, the car has been in for a tire sensor monitor light over 5 times . They have replaced 3 sensors and the car still showing tire monitoring sensor on!! This is unsafe !!! Don’t buy the 2025

@GMC Daughter bought a Buick in August, AC broke 9/12. Been driving around in hot weather ever since. Part still on order for two months. Own the car 3 months, 2 months with no AC. Act like you care, GMC. Instead you keep pumping out new cars for your lots, with the part we need!!

@Buick Why don’t you have parts for new vehicles you sell?? AC broke after 1 month on a new Envista and there is no part to fix it. Been waiting 6 weeks for the part. Meanwhile, your factory has the part making new vehicles to sell. This is a horrible new car buying experience.

My Buick doesn't drive. My Kai doesn't drive. And my Subaru is my source if income and if they take that then I am bankrupt and put in the psych ward and put on my medications and SSI

I have 2 auto loans totaling about $40,000.
I have a loan debt of $6,000 I had got to pay off my Buick and credit cards.
Where then I had to use my credit cards having about $3,000 on those.
And then I have $20,000 in student loans that are not active till 2029,

@apple@Buick it would be nice if CarPlay worked after updating to ios18/18.01 … my phone recognizes that it is connected, but car doesn’t — so there is no CarPlay icon on the car’s screen. Have reset CarPlay on the phone/deleted all phones in car settings, but still no joy.

@Buick Pretty sad that my only 5 year old Encore, which I have babied and kept meticulously clean, is already starting to fall apart. @GM cars are junk, take it from me. I worked at the dealer! I am so sorry I bought it. Next car will be a @Toyota 100%
