Prototyping ⚔️CHEST HERO 🪙, a small Idle Clicker!
Implementing game juice, 3d assets and vfx with @claudeai Fable 5 in @threejs feels way smoother! UI is still a bit of a pain and needs lots of guidance but its getting there!

We analyzed how Cal AI, Remini, and Duolingo used content as a core growth engine to build $800M+ in combined revenue
We broke down their App Store funnels, ASO, creator marketing, and paid ads into a 42‑page playbook you can copy‑paste for your own app (free)
Inside, you’ll see:
- Cal AI’s creator engine: from $0 on ads to an 8‑figure run rate
- Remini’s UGC trends to 100M+ users
- Duolingo’s content machine feeding a $700M+/yr business
If you run a consumer app, AI tool, or multi‑app studio and want more installs from content that actually converts:
Comment “PLAYBOOK” and I’ll DM you the PDF

We are expanding into an app studio 🐎 🚀
Right now, we are in the middle of an app gold rush.
AI made building 10x cheaper, creators replaced paid ads as the best distribution channel, and users are paying for apps again. There has never been a more lucrative time to launch a mobile app.
The hardest part of launching and scaling a mobile app is just getting started and having the right people by your side.
At Trot, we will fund, build, and scale your app with you from idea to exit.
We are looking for people who are:
✅ Internet money native
✅ Experts in a niche domain
✅ Not brainwashed by typical startup culture
✅ Down to hustle and grind
We have opened up 10 slots for our first batch.

i hate hiring ppl
mainly because i got burned hard in 2021
made a shit tone from an NFT project - hired a full team of 5-6 people - and blew through the budget super fast
i was only 21, so i had no experience in managing people - and that showed
5 years later - after fumbling generational wealth - i’ve now hired someone to make ads for me
he’s cracked - and i believe i can sense that because of the pain i’ve gone through over the years - and instill him with those learnings
my biggest weakness is scaling beyond being a solo founder - maybe it’s better to stay solo - but i might as well give it another shot
we’ll see

@mweinbach @jxnlco Agreed, ive found myself defaulting back to 5.5 with skills to change the output (hate the bullet point hell) and its much more dynamic and creative towards tasks like marketing and product features

I've been giving Fable (mostly in Cowork) access to the same MCP/skills I've built out in a custom agent and codex and asking it to build models, reports, research, etc and it seems to just be a bit weird
It doesn't pull in enough knowledge or information from the MCP like prompt + skills tell it to, it tends to not work with it as much and more align with it's memory in model vs. what the data is telling it. It's weird, will have some more details on it with something tomorrow
and then pricing is part of it too

what are the best web designers?

@benaratame bumping this, currently at 90,000 users without running any campaigns

We drove 350k real downloads in 4 weeks for a consumer app with UGC
The crazy part is we did it with 'only' 27M views
That's a ~1.3% views → download conversion rate
Most UGC campaigns convert way lower than that
So we wrote up what we’d tell any founder starting a UGC campaign today
Creator fit, demo-led content, testing angles, 3-platform distribution, real installs instead of vanity metrics
Comment BREAKDOWN and I’ll send it over (must be following to receive the DM)

@mattyp @drmikeisraetel @JeffNippard @strongerbysci @convex built something just like this for a customized program, claude as a fitness coach is actually pretty good.
Funny it used the same exact UI as yours as well.

I built a progressive overload and periodized strength training platform
Here's a demo - heavily inspired by @drmikeisraetel, @JeffNippard, & @strongerbysci
Under the hood, it uses @convex, which is pretty neat because I get realtime sync out of the box and a super simple Google Auth flow.
My approach was to:
- Use AI to research evidence-based approaches for strength training
- Pull logic from @strongerbysci strength templates / spreadsheets
- Build out an MVP that I could run alongside my old way of programming
As I use the app, I'll just make note of things that could be improved then fire up @conductor_build sessions to make fixes or implement new features
Over the last month or two, it's become the main way I program and track my movements in the gym.
