@WSJ_Support WSJ not delivered for 2 days now in a row. Many other missed deliveries in last 2 months. Customer service can only say sorry. Voice line agents worthless. Get your act together or lose a subscriber

@Starbucks fix your app. Since last update it deleted my Apple wallet card and will not reinstall. Tried all the fixes: nada. Put some money into your IT dept. no I can cheaper coffee at McDonalds

@Starbucks so much for turn around. Couldn’t get a brewed coffee 15 minutes before closing because all of the machines had been cleaned and turned off in anticipation of a quick exit at the Clifton VA store. You have to be able to make coffee in order to sell coffee.

@Google Google has my email acct locks out. Did all the processes to restore. No luck. They respond with canned reply saying do what I did. They are horrible. Lots of lost important data. # Google customer support non existent
