Tell him to check for any interference out on the line on the pole. I had this issue for a year, and they finally found that there was a cut in the cable shielding down the road across from my neighbors house. They have a tool that can find interference on the line outside. But you have to tell them to check for it or they wont. At least with spectrum..

Still no fix on the internet. Up/ down speeds tanked randomly and I have 20%+ packet loss. ISP is sending a tech so stream tomorrow may be late. Any internet wizards feel free to help 🙏
