Absolutely appalling #CustomerExperience calling @AllianzPartners dealing w/ #travelinsurance claim. Over 2hrs on hold & they HANG UP! Easy to deny claims if don’t answer phones. Do better @RBC @VisaCA & choose a different #insurance provider for your so called valued clients.
