I was travelling from Bombay to Chandigarh (6E 5146) for an onward Trek and the baggage handling staff of Indigo damaged my new Rucksack by tearing the main support strap which is the MOST IMPORTANT component of the bag required for a trek. Worst experience!!!

@avnishanand @TataPower I am facing the same issue. Absurdly high amount of 10k for 1 month and I only got my Bill on Friday after I followed up with the CS team. Tomorrow is the due date and I still haven't got an understanding/explanation from CS on the high amount!!

@TataPower I cleared all my bills last month. Paid a big amount. And I have now got a new bill which is equal to 5 months of my regular billing. Customer care wants more time to check and get back. The due date is tomorrow. How do I get this resolved

@JioMart_Support - no action has been taken against Ticket No. IM1272373 which has been falsely claimed as RESOLVED on 1st June, inspite of repeated emails sent with no reply. Expect a refund on this ASAP.

Well, it certainly does not help!! I have reported this driver and is this the kind of causal response? I expect a penalty to be charged to the driver. This is how you'll ensure it doesn't happen again!

Had the worst Friday Morning, all thanks to @Uber for making me late to my 11am meeting
1) Bookd an Uber at 10am >had to wait 15 mins> finally, driver refuses destination n cancels
2) Book another Uber>ETA is 10-12 mins
3)Book 3rd Uber> enter the cab by 10.40am
