@TELUS I work in the IT industry, I have tried that already. We have 10 devices that connect at varying intervals. The interruptions affect all of them at one time or another.

I’m just a girl… Rebooting her @Telus modem for the umpteenth time today…after this cycle of BS. I pay hundreds of dollars each month for NOTHING to work?? Is it time to cut the cord? (There is nobody else in our house at the moment… So no drain on the Wi-Fi…poor service)

@TELUS We have to reset the router multiple times a day because we loose internet connection. There seems to be an IP or some other issue on the 5G channel. The 2.4 is completely unreliable.
